Indian Overseas Bank Recruitment 2022: 12 Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) are operated by "SNEHA," a Trust established by Indian Overseas Bank.

On a contract basis, Sneha Trust is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Faculty, Office Assistant, and Attendant at the following RSETIs in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

These positions have 21 openings. The applicant must be between the ages of 22 and 40.

Requisites for the 2022 Indian Overseas Bank Recruitment

Faculty 

must hold a graduate or post-graduate degree, such as a B.Sc. (Veterinary Science), an M.A. in rural development, an MA in sociology, or a B.A. in psychology ( Horticulture). B.Sc. in agriculture, B.Sc. in agriculture marketing, B.A. with a B.Ed., etc.

must be a natural teacher and have solid computer skills.

Outstanding Composition Fluency in Hindi and/or the local language is a plus, but proficiency in both is required.

Typing proficiency in the local tongue is necessary.

Hindi and English typing abilities are a bonus.

Office Assistant 

Graduate( BSW/ BA/ B.COM) 

Computer Knowledge 

Accounting Knowledge is Bonus Point

Hindi and English typing abilities are a bonus.

Fluency in Hindi and/or the local language is a plus, but proficiency in both is required.

Attender

Must have completed the 10th grade to matriculate.

Reading and writing proficiency in the local tongue is preferred.

The selection procedure will include:

(i) Written Examination to Evaluate General Knowledge and Computer Skills

(ii) Personal interview to evaluate communication skills, leadership traits, attitude, problem-solving skills, capacity to work well with trainees, and development strategy.

(iii) Presentation or demonstration to evaluate communication and teaching abilities.
